DeltanovaTech operates as a specialized spatial branding, Web3D visual framework, and marketing strategy agency based in Cáceres, Spain. This document governs all data interaction policies, contractual terms, cookie handling, and refund procedures under European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standard protocol.

2. Privacy Policy & GDPR Directives

We collect personal identifiers exclusively required to deliver professional spatial branding services and maintain telemetry contact. Data collected via contact forms (Name, Email, Organization, Brief Parameters) is processed strictly under Lawful Basis Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR (Performance of Contract).

• Data Retention: Client briefs and contact submissions are stored for a maximum of 24 months, unless extended by operational retainer agreements.
• User Rights: You retain the right to request access, rectification, porting, or complete erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") of your personal data stored within our systems.
• Third-Party Transfers: No personal details or brand brief parameters are sold or transferred to unauthorized third parties. Payment metrics are processed through encrypted Stripe endpoints.

3. Terms of Service & Intellectual Property

All spatial identity files, Web3D code snippets, holographic design components, and strategy playbooks delivered by DeltanovaTech remain our intellectual property until full contract payment clearance is completed.

Upon payment completion through our secure checkout mechanisms, full commercial usage rights for customized brand assets are transferred to the client node. Core proprietary framework libraries, 3D engines, and modular base code remain non-exclusively licensed to DeltanovaTech.

4. Cookie Policy & Spatial Session Tracking

Our application uses essential session tokens and lightweight local storage mechanisms (`localStorage`) to retain user interface choices (e.g., cookie banner dismissal, spatial rendering quality toggles).

You can manage or disable cookie persistent storage through your browser settings at any point. No tracking scripts or invasive third-party telemetry profiles are initialized without explicit permission.

5. Refund & Guarantee Policy

Due to the bespoke engineering nature of spatial visual design, 3D asset modeling, and custom messaging strategy development, upfront design retainer fees are non-refundable once initial render blueprints have been initiated.

If a client wishes to terminate project execution prior to the First Render Delivery Milestone, a partial refund minus initial processing fees may be issued upon request through [email protected].
